Meditation is simply an activity that calms the mind.
When our mind is calm, we can connect with

our emotions
our body
our spirit
There is no wrong or right way to meditate, its
being curious and trying out different methods to 
find what suits you. 
Its highly likely these methods will
continually change as you explore.
Recognize if meditative activities are current in your 
daily life? 
Such as 
being in nature and taking note of your surrounds.
Having that quiet moment without phones or 
media in your ears or sight.
Be kind to you and simply "be" a few minutes to simply
